This was my third time with a different vehicle that unfortunately required your services after a collision. My Service Representative Daniel **** provides excellent customer service and kept me updated at all times. The additional repairs were taken care of; unfortunately I am still able to hear wind noise from the driver's side window. This is my only dissatisfaction.

Had a really good experience. They did a good job and made the process quite easy. Only downside was with the estimated time for repair. Initial estimated time was over a week. Enterprise rented us a car w only quarter tank of gas but said we could return it w same amount. So we filled up expecting to have car for over a week, but repairs only took a few days and we retuned the car w over 3/4 of a tank. This was an expense that could have been more minimized w a better estimate. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

From start to finish the entire staff was extremely friendly. They made the whole process quick and easy. I was very satisfied after getting my vehicle back, it looked absolutely amazing and the inside of my car had even been cleaned which was a pleasant surprise
