I am satisfied with my repairs, the AWESOME up to date communication and friendly customer service. The only small thing with my experience is when I picked up my car and drove home, I noticed my driver side floor Matt was missing. I will follow up on Monday, to get the floor mat back.

From the start, the Service King Staf were GREAT & on top of all my needs. Keller, Keris, & Dennis were all amazing. When I got my car back, it looked Brand New. I couldn't tell that anything had ever been wrong. I'm very happy with the Service I have been provided.

I did not realize what a privilege having a car was until you did not have one. Your service was a 10 and thanks to Kyrie Rosscoe and her team at the Arlington location went above and beyond to expedite the repair in 4 business days. Daniel **** was great to work with! He was thorough, courteous and professional every time we spoke. He also took time to explain the process, so I knew what to expect. What set him apart tough (and, as a result, set Service King apart) is that he went out of his way and offered a little something extra. He didn't have to, but he chose to. That's lagniappe, and it makes a world of difference!

The team was very fast I thought it was going to take two weeks they got it done in six days. Bill Presnell was my Service advisor, He had an upbeat attitude and gave me confidence in his abilities and his teams abilities to do a great job. I am not dissatisfied at all!! When I picked up my truck they had washed it and gone through the trouble to wipe the glass inside and out as well! I wish service king was a full-service auto shop so I could take my truck back there anytime I wanted!
