We had 2 issues. ****) After the accident, our car had been towed to your Lemmon Ave location. When we were told that the car was ready to be picked, my wife was headed to the Lemmon Ave location. When she was on her way to pick it up, she was told that it had been moved to your Grand Prairie shop where the work was done. We were never told previously about this change which caused logistics issues and several days' delay in getting the car. 2) When trying to reach a service contact person, it was typically 30 minutes of being put on hold before being able to reach someone. That was very frustrating. Our service contact person, Kyrie, did a great job of keeping us up to date on the status of the project.

Kristie Story was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. While my car looks great after bumper replaced, there's a small piece on the front that's a bit loose. I will drive it in one day to see if it can be tightened. Other than that, I am very satisfied.
