First off I have never had a good experience at a body shop. EVER!!!!! Until I meet Fabian. He was so energetic, positive, knowledgeable and so fast. He mad me feel important and made sure I was taken care of. I turned in my truck Monday evening ad he called me Tuesday morning to tell me the progress and the estimated time of completion. Which ny the way he was dead on. I showed up truck was out from I put my deposit down he walked me to the truck inspected it with me. He saw my brake light out and he told me to wait and he took my truck to the back and made sure it was fixed. He made my experience so great. I give him a 20 out of a 10 point scale. This guy is awesome and I am not over exaggerating at all. I will tell everyone I know that gets into a wreck or needs body work to go and talk to him specifically. NY NAME Is Daniel Hopkins and my truck is perfect but my experience was better due to fabian. Thanks for all your help

I really liked my experience. The only problem was I didn't think the car wash was worth 44. It wasn't that clean, with that I was expecting it to be spotless. But, the repair was awesome, great customer service, and it was all done quickly. I will definitely recommend to others.

I was always kept informed by my Service Advisor. He always kept his word and called with updates as promised. He was with me through the entire process. David Steele should be commended for his stellar customer service.
