You make it very difficult to work with people that have a full time job. It was also very difficult to get in contact with the right people. I kept playing phone tag with your geico representative because he left the office before I got off work. I explicitly told everyone I could only talk during certain hours of the day because I’m a school teacher and I could never reach the right people whenever I did call. The only helpful person was Kyrie. She finally worked with me on what I needed to get my car fixed. I am very disappointed in my service. It took a week for my car to get estimated and another week to get it fixed. I will not be using your service again.

Every person I spoke with was kind, respectful, informative and courteous during this extremely stressful experience. I could not have had any better service. I was kept up to date with the entire repair thru email and phone calls, and my vehicle was actually ready two weeks sooner than promised. My sincere thanks to everyone involved.
