When I first went to drop off my car, I wasn't happy because I waited 45 minutes before I finally asked the receptionist if someone was going to help me soon. No one was going to attend to me. Then I finally got someone and he tells me that they are full and can't work on my car so they may or may not transfer it to their sister location. My rental car was also not ready and waiting for me. However, after the debacle of dropping off my car, I was satisfied because of the daily communication I received via text and/or calls. Things were explained to me and I was keep updated on the ready date. Picking up the car was a much easier experience.

Dennis and the others did an incredible job! They went above and beyond when it came to my care!!! I was kept well-informed of my car's progress throughout the entire process and my car has never looked better than the day I drove it off the lot. I can't say enough great things and would and will recommend them to my friends and family!
