Car was transferred to different location delaying repairs. Service advisor in grapevine left leaving me with having to track down status of vehicle repeatedly. Repairs seem fine but this was not seamless and vehicle not completed as promised. Completely unlike past experience two years ago. Service King needs to do better with transitioning staff when it affects customers directly.

I am pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and quickness of services provided. Dennis Kuhn was a big help and notified me daily on the status of my car. Website status was also very helpful, loved the feature. My car looks great, almost brand new. I would recommend Service King.

Dennis Kuhn did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of the car repair. The car was completed right on time and done well. I only have one complaint and it is not about**** or his shop. USAA insurance had me take the car to the Lewisville location. They were unable to do the work so the sent the car to****'s location, no problem on my part. When the car was do it was returned to the Lewisville location as I had been promised. However, when I got to the Lewisville location to pick up the car I was treated as if I was bothering them here. They brought me my keys and said " there you go". I asked if someone was supposed to go over with me what had been done, as**** told me they would. The representatives, not the receptionist, answer was "I don't know what they did to your car". No offer to help. After raising a stink she finally went over the repairs half ****. When there was a problem with the passenger door she threw up her hands and said they needed to send it back. I said that was ridiculous and insisted we call****. After he spoke with her they completed the repair there in 10 minutes. When the car came back it was filthy where they had done the work. No attempt to even wipe it down. I was very satisfied with**** Kuhn and his shop. I couldn't have been more disappointed by the Lewisville shop. I will be passing the info to USAA insurance recommending they no longer use the Lewisville shop.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Ricky called me every other day to let me know the status of my repairs. He went above and beyond to help me with my rental. The whole experience was easy and pleasant.

The service is amazing. Cody Hill did a perfect job, and I would never even know anything had happened. When I had a special circumstance, the manager Mike went above and beyond to accommodate me, and Saul was good enough to give me a ride all the way over to Richardson and back. There is a reason I will never get a body repair again from anyplace other than Service King. Thank you!
