Still driving my car just to make sure everything is fine. However at this point I have been treated with the upmost respect and was always kept in the loop. I feel confident that if anything is wrong with the car that Service King will make it right. Dennis did a great!

The service was great. Jessica Denny'was excellent. She kept me informed of everything from start to finish and her friendly demeanor was perfect for the situation at hand. She made this whole ordeal pleasant and hopefully I won't have any other accidents, but if I do, I would want her and Service King to handle repairing my vehicle. I'm an attorney and deal with people all day everyday and she was a joy to work with in order to get my car repaired. She deserves a raise! Thanks again.

New fog light not installed securely. New bumper bolts were found to be NOT completely Tightened down. New bumper not installed evenly on both sides. Pop-in fastener not installed on plastic splash Guard under fender. Need to pay closer attention to details before Releasing to client.
