Thank you Stephen and service king for a job well done. What a nice experience not to have to worry about my vehicle being repaired correctly. The thoughtfulness and welcoming i Received once I walked into service king from the entire staff was more than appreciated. Stephen repaired my truck to perfection I am so pleased would give the a 10 across the board.

Appreciated all service king employees Jerod worked on my car I think Service. King. should pair up homework with a rental dealership other than enterprise. The young lady who work for enterprise only could find the time to tell me that having $25 a day to cover the rental in the car didn’t cover the cost of anything her words not mine are the same story from her about four times in the process of trying to rent a simple car just transfer me from point a to point B I was looking for a luxury car that I had to pay for your $50 a day before and she told me that most renters had about a $50 a day rental fee on their insurance and I told her I’d be sure and pass along to State. Farm and let them know that $25 a day was worthless as far she was concerned. Overall great. I got my car fixed up very nicely and I was expecting a long service but I got my car back much sooner than I thought which was awesome!

Your company is lucky you have Jerrod Shelton!! He was a perfect gentleman and for a widow under stress at the time,i was so relieved and grateful. He explain everything simply and thoroughly. The scratch that was above the right front tire is still there even though the right front panel was included in the cost of the repair. The lifetime warranty was supposed to cover my front bumper not being fixed properly from another time I was at service king. I was told that would get fixed this time too and it didn’t.
