I was told to not was my car could not be washed for 30 days and then got my car back half washed and dirty. Frustrating. The car should have been completely washed coming from a car body and detail shop.

I Think you guys did the minimum. I understand About not having to change some of the body parts in my truck sense they were fixible, But not painting the all part or not covering the scatches and rock chips .(Grill and Hood ) i Know your purpuse was to leave the truck just like t was before the accident . but I Think you could have done a little bit extra to make Costumer happy . also when I went to pick up my truck the first Time , i had to take it right Back to the Shop , a/c wasnt Working . so the Truck had to spent 2 more days in the shop to get that fix
