Please disregard my last comment. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience! I picked up my car on Thursday and everything looked fine but I just stopped at the gas station (Sunday morning) to fill it up and the gas tank door opening does not work. Neither does the manual override lever. I cannot fill up the car! It worked fine before I had the repair work done. My car is on empty!!! How am I supposed to drive kids to school tomorrow morning? Totally unacceptable Quality Assurance, and you've put me in a very stressful situation!!

12 day delay starting work due to failing to record my phone number at intake. Released truck SEVERELY out if alignment, and failed to assist getting insurance to acknowledge that ****,000 worth if bent tie rods were not normal wear and tear, but at least in part due to impact.
It's been 5 weeks, please do not contact me further, you have made it clear that you were unwilling to go to bat to secure necessary repairs.

everything was going good, easy,convenient and fast. fixed my crashed car, and made my car clean and tidy inside and outside, but there are something was regret is my car window is leaking when I drove on the highway. I felt uncomfortable and noisy. I think maybe new replaced car door is not too fitted the car body. How could you deal with this problem?!The second thing is they were taking long time before repaired on paper work and rental. I think the customer dont care whose is problem, insurance company, service king body shop or enterprise rental company. We think you are group of combination. I was late on that day which I drop off my car for repairing, because you waste my 2 hours to do that. and my boss was angry on me. The third thing is my gas was gone 50miles, give me an explaination. Before repair, I checked the feedback about service king store, there are some customers said their stuff be stolen or the miles timer was going up. I prepared countermeasure, I collected my car stuff and moved to my rental car, and read my number of miles, but finally, my gas was still gone 50 miles. Anyways overall, I will give 3 stars for my recommendation.
