Jeff was very professional and kind, not condescending like most people when working with senior citizens. My husband and I are so pleased with the work done on our car, we want Service King to fix some scratches on our front bumper asap. Sean **** was amazing - he communicated with me every step of the way - better then my insurance company. He made the repair part of the process the least stressful AND my car was fixed beautifully and quickly. Knowing that I was paying for a rental out of pocket he really made sure everything was some efficiently, saving me money. Great service, much appreciated! Will recommend to friends and family

Will be bringing my car back on Monday. Right back corner panel was not properly fixed. I am sure this can be done better. Still has crack showing. Will contact my service rep Monday morning. Otherwise tailgate appears to be good.
