The vehicle was not ready when promised, it was a week and a half later. I was not informed of the delay until two days after the promised date when I called. I did not receive regular updates, I usually had to call initiate most of the status updates and was given conflicting reasons for the delays. When I finally picked up the vehicle, there were obvious scratches on the new part but I am so fed up with the run around I received that I refused to leave my vehicle with Service First any longer. We have used that location in the past and had exceptional service. I will not return to that location in the future.

Jason was very helpful and informative. I truly appreciate all the time he took to keep me updated as well as taking his time to personally inspect the quality to guarantee that it all repairs were correctly completed. The mechanics and body repair techs did a great job as well! I will definitely be recommending Service King to others.

I was lied to about the price of the tires that were put on my truck that I had to pay for. This is a very unethical way of doing business. I was called by Jason saying that the new wheels that insurance had provided needed all 4 new tires. My old tires were not useable. I was told that 4 new tires were 1000 and that Service King would split it with me 50/50. However, we did agree on me only having to pay 350. Seemed like an awesome deal. Well, when I got my truck home, I decided to look up the tires and they are only 130 each. That would have been 520 for all 4 tires. If I would have agreed to pay the 50/50 that was first offered I really would have been paying almost 100%, the full price. Not sure why I was lied to and deceived that way. I defenitly paid more than 50/50. I will never be going here again and I will tell everyone about this experience. This was just wrong

Aaron Cass was exceptional. He always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and actually had it repaired in about half the projected time. Everyone I communicated with went above and beyond to answer all my questions. All of my concerns were noted and taken care of efficientlly.
