Good Evening Aaron, I checked out my SUV more when I got home tonight. The bumper looks great. I'm very pleased with that job. What I am disappointed in is the overspray / paint dust that I had to get off the top of my SUV. Please see the pics and take this feedback to your team. I had to use a clay bar to get the particles off once I got off the dirt / dust. There's no excuse in leaving the top of my 2016 Chev Tahoe in that condition. If the techs are wondering, I had washed and waxed the whole SUV Monday night. So it was clean upon drop off. Let your team know too that I work at UTI and know how to condition vehicle. Mike Code

I was a little apprehensive when I was told the repair I had done was due to a previous bad repair instead of vandalism as I originally thought, not knowing how this might affect my deductible, but it all worked out fine thanks to Mr Benavides Thanks again

It was frustrating to need repairs in the first place but everyone here was so kind and I had my vehicle back in no time. I'd never worked with Service King before and as much as I hope I will never have to be in that situation again, if it were to happen I will definitely be visiting once more. Thanks guys
