The repairs were great, however the hood was not properly latched and as soon as I got on the freeway it was visibly bouncing up and down. Had the second latch not held it would have cause a major wreck on the freeway. Please make sure the guys detailing are careful not to hit the hood release as they are wiping down the interior. It also may have happened when they had to jump start the car since the hatchback was left open and drained the battery. I just wanted you to know what happened. I don't want someone else to experience that or worse.

I have had to use Service king more than once over several years and I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. Great work excellent service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are aware of the repairs and it is such a relief.
