The gentleman assigned to my claim had terrible interpersonal skills. During the only call I made to inquire about the list on the estimate he continually me, did not listen to me and was rude. When I was finally able to speak I told him politely that I felt he was being shirt and rude. He made no effort to apologize. I felt I was treated this way because I was a female. I only received one text regarding my car, and that was to tell me it was ready. Due to this experience I will not use Service King again.

Delivery wasnt on time. I felt like the reasons i was given for it not being on time could have been minimized by a more thorough inspection of the damage.

I was kept informed every step John personally sent texts about the progress on my car. Even though I had a 2 day delay waiting for parts, the car looks great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from receptionist to Brandi at Enterprise. I did miss being able to see pictures of the progress, but the updates were great.

Jason has worked with me in the past... I've met him on at least 3 different occasions... He is Phenomenal..... He was available to answer my b questions and He kept me updated on all of the repair phases... Job Well Done... He is Excellent!????
