While I'm not one to say these types of things, service king was head and shoulder above any other shop I've been too. Jeff assisted me through the repair process for my vehicle, and to say he did a great job would be an understatement!

Was not completely satisfied however it seems my dissatisfaction was created between the insurance company and the shop and from the initial appointment setters and the shop. Since the issues more more so internal operational issues opposed to workmanship issues on my vehicle and I will not be returning the feedback I could possibly provide will not matter to my experience either way. I will say again, the workmanship on my vehicle is good. Thank you.
