I really appreciate all the updates to keep me informed on the progress of my repair. Also, an added bonus, my car had been detailed when I got it back. I was particularly embarrassed of the state of the interior of my car as we had just returned from a cross country trip with small children, so there was sticky stuff in my rubber floor mats that was all cleans off when I picked up my car. It was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Service King will havey business again should Inever need it. They go beyond what's needed, unlike any other repair business I've ever seen.

The repairs took 27 days my car was still not complete showing bare metal on the trunk burn the clear coat where the Mercedes logos are at and scratches all over the passenger door

The car was great but I had my cat towed there and forgotten to remove the FM transmitter. Didn't think anything of it but now it is missing. They told me I'd get a call back once they asked the tech but haven't gotten a call yet.

I had a great experience with Service King and would recommend to friends and family. The staff was very nice and available when needed. I liked the text messages to show status of repairs. Enterprise was conveniently located inside service King which made every easier and convenient.

I appreciated the updates via text. Also I was always greeted in a professional manner. I feel the service I received was a good value. I appreciated Enterprise being in the same facility. It was very convenient. The repairs made were well done.
