I enjoyed that Castillo looked around my at one mire time before I drove off the lot. I'm grateful because some of the clips were not secured and he took in back in to make sure they were put on correctly before I drove off. Also, I enjoyed the text message updates for my vehicle. My car looked great when I got it back.

Service rep was not available when picking up my car. The man did bring my car out for delivery seemed a bit dismissive and disinterested in answering any questions. I also found a few marks in the paint job that I'm not pleased with! Perhaps timely does not always mean quality!
