Will Stockton, my Service Advisor, was great. He kept me well-informed throughout the process, he was knowledgable of what was happening and when with my car, and he is extremely friendly and understanding. I felt like my car was in good hands and being taken care of by someone who sincerely cared. All around, Will is a true professional, something that's often rare during service experiences. Jose was a pleasure to work with! He was always very responsive and always available for my phone calls... if he was unavailable he always called me back quickly. I would/will recommend Service King! I also needed a rental car and the experience was also extremely pleasant! Chelsy (might have spelled that wrong) was a joy to work with as well. I was completely impressed with my Service King experience. The work was completed prior to estimated repair date and my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off! It looks almost new (and it's a 2004). thank you!!!!
