The communication between the person in charge of my car and me was remarkable. I felt up to speed every step of the way and they were always open and honest about the progress of my car. I also felt like they really took care of me and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied. Really felt like they were working for me, not the insurance company.

In a single word I can say that the service provided by service king collision center is “AWESOME”. I am pretty much impressed with the work done to my brand new car. I would like to take this as an opportunity to say a big fat THANKS to Mr. Jeff who took care of my car. The way he responds to all questions and treats the customer is wonderful and appreciated. He used to send timely updates about the work progressed. Initially I was so worried when i went to drop off my car but Jeff made me to feel comfortable. I would strongly recommend any other customer to visit this service center for any repairs.

This claim was open for over 3 months. While Brandon tried his best to get the limited seats, I was very disappointed that he didn't match the correct seat color. My seats are gray and I ended up with gold seats that are very much less in quality than my stolen seats. Because the claim had been open so long, I accepted the seats so we can move forward. I'm not thrilled or satisfied with this.

My vehicle wasn't ready when promised. When I picked it up it was dark so I could not see the work until this morning. The trim work was awlful, letting in air leaks around the window and some other things. I went there this morning but my advisor wasn't there. The person who I had to ask to help me was a jackass- poor customer skills and told me I would have to return on Monday to talk to my advisor. I will be back on Monday at 8:30am.
