Huge thank you to Judy Lawson for going above and beyond! I was nervous about using service king in general due to not so favorable yelp ratings but this service king was awesome! Hopefully I won't have to use y'all again, but if I do I'll be calling Judy!

The repairs were taken care of ok. However, your employees did not call AAA like they were supposed to at the beginning to verify the reduction in deductible so when we went to pick up the car we had to pay double what we should have and deal with AAA ourselves. It was lazy and unprofessional. It caused issues with timing and money and if we have a choice in the future we will look elsewhere to have repairs done.

When I got home I noticed two spots on the Ford logo of the tailgait are bent up where the logo was pried off the tailgate.
