We were so amazed that we were called or texts at least every day to notify us how our truck was coming along. Pat told us as soon as the repairman looked at it when it would be ready. He hit it right on the head. We have never encountered this with a body shop. I had been told that my friend went in to have her car fixed after her accident. After they had all of the parts on they told her it would be a couple of days before they could start painting. Body shop said they were still real busy with hail victims. I was a little worried but Pat came through with flying colors. This far exceeds my expectations.

There were some imperfections With the bumper and chrome trim. The staff is great and are aware of the issues. We are just waiting for the corrections.

I was please with the repairs and how fast it was done. I had no problems with customer service. I was kept up to date with the repairs and progress with estimated time of completion.
