I was so pleased with the courteous, quick service we received! It was wonderful receiving all the update emails and receiving phone calls from our service advisor, Hector Muniz. He was awesome. I would choose Service King again!

The customer service I received from Hector Muniz was absolutely outstanding! I appreciated the phone calls informing me of the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He gave a brief and concise explanation of the process involving Service King and my insurance. Also, Jennifer at the front desk was very courteous and friendly. She always had a smile for everyone who walked through that door. I would highly recommend Service King to all my friends and family. Thank you so much to everyone involved in repairing my car and especially to those I dealt with face to face.
