My service liaison, Jay, was so incredibly helpful and great at keeping in touch throughout the repair process. I really appreciated his attention to the specific details of my car, and his availability to answer any questions. I also want to mention the sweet receptionist! She is such a delightful lady - every time I've walked in (with several vehicles), she has been friendly and just full of life...truly the first impression you'd want a customer to see. You certainly have some quality team members here at the McKinney branch!
