I asked for some bolts, or snaps that are missing on my wheel elk to be replaced, that was not done. The liner in the top of the bed was not snapped back in all the way, I had to walk around the truck and pound it back down all the way.

Your professionalism in the evaluation, planning and the actual repair takes all the worry off the customers back. Additionally, the team work between Service King, the Insurance Company's and the car rental works so smoothly that the customer is again relieved of all the paper work and coordination efforts. Great job to all involved.

Mike and the management team went out of their way to provide superior service and make additional accommodations. The repair was completely well in advance of the anticipated date and the team were able to keep the vehicle in storage until I was available for retrieval. 5 stars. Certainly will rocomend Service King and this location in particular!
