Gary Lubbers is fantastic, a consummate professional. I have worked with him twice in the past 2 years. I went to Service King Frisco one time last year due to scheduling conflicts, and definitely prefer Service King Mckinney due to the over the top customer service I received. Gary looked over my car with me upon delivery and found a small spot unbuffed and took it upon himself to fix it before I left the shop. I love the automated text messages and follow up. I highly recommend Service King and recommend it to all of my friends.

As said before, communications about what was really going on with the issues with my car was not done in a timely manner. I have taken care of this matter as much as it can be. I don't need to be contact about this issue. There is still work to be done on my car so we will see how that is handled. But you all did a great job on my car! And that I thank you! Leslie Cantin

Sprinter repair has the following issues: ****)Driver side back door panel (inside) keeps falling off. 2. Rear auto lock not fixed 3. Rear defrost not fixed. I don't know if they painted it.
