Right blinker light not working when i picked up my car. Tow hook cover not attached. I was charge 23 to wash my car that I didn't request. And the car was covered with dust

My car had to be relocated because the shop where I dropped it off at was backed up. It was hard to communicate with the other shop in McKinney, TX. If I couldn't answer their call they failed to leave a voicemail. When I tried returning the calls, no one had any information about my car, or the agent working on my vehicle was unavailable to answer my calls. I received a text message that my vehicle was ready but it wasn't ttansferred back until three days later. The day I received my car, paint powder was all over the inside of my door and floor mats. There was still adhesive on my car and clear coating all over my mirror. The employee at that shop had to apologize to me because my car wasn't ready like I was promised. The damage was fixed but it's the fact that it took longer than what I was promised that makes me upset.
