Work looks good but some small things still need to be fixed. Front grill Ford emblem is dented Passenger door mirror chrome back is dented Passenger door mirror black trim is cracked Rear bumper black top has several scratches on the passenger side (still has part of the plastic scratch sticking up like it just happened) Bed liner no longer fits next to the cab Rear passenger door is missing the top rubber bumper Front passenger door panel has scratches Front passenger skid plate has scratches Back of center console has scratches on the metal cover Headliner has water stains above rear window Headliner has grease stains above front window Sunroof head liner has grease stains Sunroof does not go back all the way and grinds Carpet and floor mats have grease stains in different places

I just picked up my car this afternoon and I could not be happier! My service rep contacted me twice a week and I got a text daily it seemed like. I never had to call my rep to check on the status of my SUV. And the receptionist was wonderful and so thoughtful. She should make Service King commercials!
