My experience with Service King in McKinney, Texas was great! My service manager Gary was on top of each and every question or problem I had. I was very confident that he'd call me back each time he told me he would, it was great working with him. I would definitly recommend a friend to this location, the ladies up front were also very nice and helpful. Thanks Service King!!!

What a great job!! Gary was super professional. He did an amazing job keeping us updated daily on the progress!! I knew everything that was happening and felt like our car was in excellent hands!! A special thanks to Marc Taylor for making things so very smooth! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs car repairs!! Our car looks brand new!!

Not everything was completed as I was explained it would be (several things). Also there are things missing from the vehicle body that were there when I dropped of the car off.
