Service King Katy

This experience was incredible. The professionalism and fantastic communication was unlike anything I have experienced with any car service. Alexis Cauley was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kept me well informed during the entire process. The estimated completion date that she gave me on the day that I dropped off my car never changed, and the completion time she gave me on the day of pickup was down to the minute! Service King as a whole was terrific and Alexis Cauley deserves a raise! I would recommend Service King to anyone who is need of repairs. Kevin A

When to pick up car today doing my walk around I noticed the paint color does not match the existing manufactory paint and has orange peel basically everywhere that they had to paint it does not match. Inside car help paint a white spots on seats and door panels also noticed that my dad has scratches on it as well as my wood handle above the glove box has a scratch or not on it that none of this was that beforehand. Dust and dirt inside glove box and console from work being done I was told that they had to remove my seats from inside the car so therefore it's a fact that they done work inside the car however they did not do a good job ensuring that nothing was damaged. This is totally unacceptable to me I paid over $46,000 for this vehicle, and it was only four months old when I brought it to Service King and to give back a product that look like a high school Body Shop guy it's totally unacceptable I could have done better at a different shop the car was dirty from the inside out. It's been over a month now now I don't have another car or rental to wait on you guys to make it right when I was promised to have it on the 10th of June 2016.

I really appreciate your team accepting my truck at the end of the day on a Friday. It helped to get my truck the following Monday evening. I was very stressed out because of my accident and everyone I dealt with put me at ease. I appreciate the numerous updates I received during the time my truck was in the shop. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, I will chose Service King . also I will recommend Service King to anyone that needs a similar service

Angela Fuentes' superior customer service was very pleasing. She always kept us informed of the whole process to repair our truck every step of the way. We only need to return back to have the passenger side seatbelt adjusted properly because it will not retract as it should. Other than that everything else has been great so far. Thank You!
