My car was damaged by the recent storms in Houston. The back glass was broken and the paint was chipped of from water pouring off a highway that I was parked underneath. The back glass was repaired and so were the areas where the paint was chipped without the adjuster coming out to see the vehicle. When Ariel called to say the vehicle was ready, he stated only the back had been repaired. I asked why the front had not been repaired and he said that my husband had not mentioned that when he brought the car in for repairs. My husband told my he did mention the front hood and asked them to check the roof, as well. Ariel told me the State Farm insurance adjuster had to come out and assess the damage in order for that repair to be made. When I called State Farm, they told me that Ariel had told them that damage could not have occurred at the same time. Admittedly there is a couple of old spots on the front hood, but there are more spots that are new chips. I have pictures of the "waterfall" that was coming off the freeway and it was more forceful on the front part of the car, than on the back. I'm not sure how anyone could make the judgement that water pouring on top of a car could make damage in only one area. I feel like I was treated like I was being dishonest about the front damage. Today when I picked up the car, he didn't smile or look me in the eye. I have used him before and was very pleased with him in the past. In fact this is the third time to have a car in your shop. I can assure you this has been the last time I will use Service King.

Chris was great, entire process was painless, I received my Infiniti in better condition than when my wife was rear-ended, but when I went back in to return the rental car keys and Derek Draper was nowhere to be found, the receptionist at the Service King counter allowed me to stand just inside the Enterprise office waiting for more than five minutes until I asked if it is possible to drop off the keys somewhere. She suddenly had the ability to return the keys for me and put a "stop payment" on the car so they would know the keys were returned. Enterprise took so long renting me the car and had no one when I returned it. I realize you cannot control that aspect of the experience, but hopefully you can let the receptionist know not to ignore the one and only person in her area. Please do not contact me, I will return again because of Chris.
