Jaycee Elliott, my Service King service agent, was amaxingingly efficient and attentive to my needs throughout the repair process. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge re: damage assessment, parts, and timeline for repair process. This is third time my husband and I have had service at this Service King location, 10475 SW Frwy, Houston. Each time we have been impressed. I am very grateful to Jaycee for keeping me informed during the process and managing to complete my job one day early! Thank you!!
