I appreciate the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The repair was completed much sooner than I expected. I was constantly given updates as to the progression of the work being done - the updates are great. They relieve any anxiousness as to what, how, when. This was s great stress-free experience. My car looks great.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff. My service attendant was extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, I noticed a dent on my left passenger door when I picked up my car. I've had my car for only 2 months without any dents on my left door.

Your location should be inconvenient to me,but thanks to the Beltway it is 20min trip. My first choice was Ford since they across the fwy from me. However,everyone was so friendly and helpful that I chose S/King. Cannot imagine better service eith updates at least once somehimes twice a day. Hope Zi never need to file a claim again,but if I do...I'll come back to ServiceKing.
