After multiple attempts at repairing my vehicle service king was the only one that can get the job done. I am completely satisfied with the service I received as well as the constant updates leading to completion. Even though the work I had done at service king was a completion of work started in another state, they still completely impressed me with their service. After my experience trying to get my jeep fixed I wouldn't recommend anybody except service king! Mrs. Jaycee at the southwest Houston shop off 59, is the one to ask for!

I am very pleased with both the customer service and repair of my vehicle. Jaycee was superb, as was Michelle from Travelers. I would highly recommend Service King to anyone needing repairs. Or even just to rent a car because the staff at Enterprise inside Service King was great, too. Thank you for making my car repair so easy!

Four days after picking up the car, the dent that was fixed sinked in, I returned to Service king to show them the dent, and Eric W, and the technician practically accused my husband and I of, hitting the car again in the same spot. They did not take responsibility for the fact that they didn't do a good job everyone is trying to cover up for the technician. Initially the customer service was okay, but how thhis has been handled is really bad and not to mention they have accused my husband and I of lying.
