I love Service King! From the initial drop off to picking up my car once the repairs were done, Jason communicated with me perfectly! I never had to wonder about the progress of my car because I would receive updates constantly which was a huge relief. My car looks brand new like there hadn’t been any damage ever! I will recommend everyone to Service King!

Everyone involved here in the checkin process and going thru the rental from Hertz were all very professional and anxious to help me! The mechanic who was doing my assessment was very kind and explained what they would be doing on my vehicle and gave me a tentative Amt of time that the job could possibly take, however, the actual time was much less in days than anticipated! Service King's man in charge sent regular emails to my phone and was thoroughly on top of the job! I feel like Service King and everyone involve did a splendid job and I would recommend Service King to everyone! Thank you for the great service!!

The repair to my GMC was completed. However, my vehicle was with SK for almost 2 weeks and when I get there they tell me that my passenger door handle is busted. I know everything about my vehicle and I don't think I brought it in like that. Subsequently, I ask you guys to go ahead and order the part ($105) to fix it. I'm not sure how many SK employees had access to my vehicle, but to learn of this when I come to pick it up is very disappointing and not during the various communications with my service rep during the repair process.
