I picked up my car on 5-31-16, after I placed a call to find out where my car was because no one called me. When I arrived my car was dirty inside and out. The car was washed off; however, the interior light tan leather had dirt & grease all over it. The exterior... The bumper was not installed properly, the windows were not programmed to automatically close, the driver side headlamp was not aligned properly, the hood seal was hanging on by one clamp, the bumper had the worst paint job ever! Very sloppy work. My car was there from 5-9-16 to 5-31-16?! I will never recommend your location and I'm a licensed national insurance broker so my clients are coming to me for recommendations. Shame on you!

My car took almost 3 weeks to be ready, instead of the 3 days I was first told. Dante was very nice at explaining the reasons, however, when I finally picked my car up, it was not ready: it was not cleaned even though I had called at 8 am so they would tell me what time to pick it up.
They made me wait and they only cleaned the outside.
I had to take it to the mechanic same day because at your shop they had burned a fuse and possibly that messed up the steering wheel to the point that I could not put it in drive or reverse. I called Dante on this and he basically washed his hands.
But my vehicle was working perfectly before it got to your store.
Also, one the decorations I left in the back of the car was broken.
The receptionists were also super nice and attentive and I am sure Dante was super busy, however, this has been my experience.

They took my spare tire and air compressor out of its housing in the trunk but did not replace it and now I can't figure out how to get it all back in. Plus my tire jack is missing now too! Additionally, The leather on my front driver side seat is not fitted correctly now, so i assume that when they removed the seats to replace the carpet, they did something to my seat cover.

I told Mike my biggest care about was the job being completely done before I returned to collect the car. It wasn't. I am not happy. It's unfortunate because he was very personable and had good communication, plus the work that was actually done seems to be of quality. But screwing up the ONE thing I told him when he asked that was most important to me? Not good.
