I was told my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up a few days ago. I went this morning to pick it up. After paying the 500 deductible required by my insurance company, I got in my vehicle to find the rearview mirror hanging down detached from the windshield, scratches on the right passenger door, and unexplainable paint chips on the rear bumper. I'm being extremely inconvenienced with this delay because I needed my vehicle to take on a road trip with my family and the rental car I have does not suite my needs.

David from Service King had excellent customer service. Having to repair a car after being involved in a hit and run is a frustrating feeling, but David made sure to keep me involved on updates on my car, and even helped when my insurance company classified the accident incorrectly. Thanks David!
