Service King was for the most part clear and helpful regarding our repair. Compared to other cars on the lot, damage to the van was minuscule. Just one hole (a trailer hitch poke ) on the bumper and a new chrome grill (small decorative) was replaced. This repair took 5.5 days. Partly because the chrome part did not arrive but could have been ordered when we brought the van in 3 weeks earlier. We chose to delay the repair due to family travel and the Christmas holiday. How long does it take for a full quarter panel or whole front end to be completed . We were texted the vehicle ea ready for pick up on Monday and when we drove 10 mikes to get it, we were told it was not ready. In the big picture of life, this is a small matter. But I believe the repair could have been completed quicker. We went to Service King due to the Allstate contract. Next time I may go elsewhere

Overall thing was grat for as coutomer services. But after looking at my truck the next moring you see paint run off. That mean you see the paint where it not smooth. I couldn't see in the dark, the before but sure saw in the light.please assir.

It took 7 days longer to get my repairs done than what I was told. On 2 different occasions I wasn't called to let me know that my truck would bot be ready. I had to call or just assume it wasn't going to be ready.
