"Update" texts said car was being repaired on schedule. Day it was promised, (Friday) I had to call & was told it would not be done until probably Tuesday. When I asked why the discrepancy, I was told "well those are automated texts." This is an unacceptable excuse. They clearly knew before Friday 5pm the car was NOT on track but I was not informed. When the car was finally finished, it REEKED of smoke (to which I am allergic) inside as well as through the a/c & both "trip" odometers had been zeroed out, leading me to believe that the extra weekend it took to "repair" was a free transportation weekend road trip on my dime for someone who works in the shop. My insurance company will also be informed of this situation.
