Car was very dirty when I picked it up, battery cable was undone when repairs were in the rear, tire pressure light was on, turn signal wand inside car was covered in paint I had received a text the car was done 3/30 but to wait for a call, which came 2 days later this the dirty car it sat outside for two days and was Literally covered in pollen? Absolutely the worst experience of any car repairs we have ever had. What type of paint for a car requires no washing for 30 days never heard of that and my husband works for the largest paint company I'm the world! Complete disappointment

I was treated with the upmost courteous customer service!!! Tammy Phillips is class act!! She is very well knowledged and this is coming from a Paint Consultant for Napa Auto Parts. As well, I have built custom show cars for the past 20 years. My car is Silver Metallic and is one of the hardest colors to match. The paint is PERFECT!!! I just want you to realize that Tammy should be looked at for a promotion!!! She is on top of it by keeping me informed on a daily basis of the progress of my car. I would recommend Service King always. If I have any further damage(and I hope I do not) I will always come back without hesitation!!!! Sincerely, Ron L

I just didn't like the very end when the service Representative didn't return my phone call as I was trying to confirm if my car was finished. Otherwise the experience was fine.

When I went to pick up my car they didn't have the proper communication from USAA regarding the deductible that USAA took care of with the person's insurance who hit my daughters car. Also my daughters ac isn't working properly and the panel across the bottom of the door that was hit was damaged from the wreck and not repaired.
