My vehicle was not repaired correctly, it was not washed, it has frame damage that was not disclosed to me or the insurance. My tail lights were wired incorrectly and I was never contacted the day my vehicle was ready for pick up I had to call them the next day

Jimmy and the rest of the team were awesome. Kept me in the loop regarding progress and was very patient, even though it was well past closing time when I picked up my car. I would definitely recommend Service King in Baytown to anyone needing collision repair.

Work was done very well. My truck looks very good. This is not the first time I have used Service King but it may be my last. One reason I returned was how I was kept in the loop as to what was going on. This time I did not receive very much feedback as to what was going on with my truck. I was very dissatisfied with this

I really appreciate yall getting my truck fixed and looking good again yall did a great job on it and I got it back faster than I expected. Yall were really nice and polite and very respectful and yall waited to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs on my truck before yall had me give yall the keys back for the loaner even when I tried to hand them back to yall yall told me to hold on to them and wait to make sure that I am satisfied with the repairs to my truck and if not that I could leave it there to have it fixed to my standards and I like that yall have a warranty on y'all's work
