SC had my vehicle for over three months! Three months! A chuck the store manager got involved after a month of me dry emailing an emailing an employee that I found out wa fired? Did SC notify me of the new situation? No when I finally determine that my vehicle was ready it was because of my instance in phoning an checking not SC notifying me! This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had to endure! SC say hire a vet? Do right by a vet? When ? I spent twenty years in defense of my country I took my expertise to the veterans hospital to cater to our nations falling heroes where I continue to work! Did the manager chuck ever acknowledge me? No! He sent a young clerk out to collect the five hundred deductible! Did chuck offer a discount for have my vehicle over three months without notification or keeping me apprise of my vehicle No! Will I inform USAA of my distrust with SC? Yes! Will I let ever vet I come in contact with about my experience Yes! Will I recommend SC? NO! A extremely bad experience for a disabled veteran!

Collin was the representative who was in contact with me through the repairs. He readily provided me with updates concerning the repairs and excellent professional customer service. My vehicle was repaired within a reasonable time frame and I am impressed with the quality of work provided at the Galleria location.

My car looks brand new after the repair. Everyone at service king was very professional and friendly. Being able to rent a car on-site and receiving text updates made the whole process of having my car in the shop nearly stress-free.

Car was not ready. All repairs were not made. Spots of the vehicle missing paint. Managers did not come out to speak with me. I felt like my concerns were more a bother. I paid for services in whom were not rendered to me. I feel violated and disrespected.
