Great service! Service King was so helpful in getting my appointment rescheduled. They did a great job fixing my car. And keeping me up to date with when I could pick my car back up. Staff was so friendly and easy to communicate with! Thank you for great job and great service. I would definitely go back if I needed to or recommend to others.

Initial, I received several payment options available for 3rd party payment. This information changed at least 3 times before I dropped off my car for service. Although I appreciates the text updates, I received two sets of alerts. Both were conflicting information on my car's progress & completion date. A couple of days before my car was ready, I received inconsistent information on my car being ready. Four voicemails in one day, **** my was ready for pick up. 2 My car had a smudge & is not ready, my car will be ready by end of day & 4 my car is not ready. This was especially frustrating because I had to make arrangements for someone to drop me off. When I was checking out, my car had been paid in advance by third party. My total was less than estimated but there was no mention of how the credit to my account would be handled. I was being told goodbye so naturally I inquired before I left. Finally, the gas cap was not connected to my fuel door. I didn't realize it until it fell off while getting gas.

Cameron **** was very helpful from the beginning to the end! I found some 'dirt' stains on the back of my middle seat (it lifts up and down) that I wasn't too happy about, but I cleaned it out with water and soap. There were also white marks on the inside of my passenger door panel that I didn't see until I drove off but it also came off with wipes. Other than that, they did a great job repairing the actual damage to my truck.
