When I picked up my car, I discovered the radio no longer works. Which is odd as the back of the car was damaged. I assume when the repairman was working on my rear lights he or she turned the power source off. And this caused my radio to no longer work. Now that most car's radio computers can only be reset by the dealership. Will Service King reimburse my cost to take the car in to a Honda dealership to see why the radio no longer works and resets the device? My experience with Service King was excellent till I picked up my car. First the wrong car was brought around, second the service advisor, Archie ****, walked me to my car without paper work. So he asked me what was repaired and if it looked fix. I drove off the lot and then had to turn around as a discovered the radio wasn't working. So now I will have to take another day off work to take the Car back to Service King to look at it and I'm assuming I will be told only a Honda dealership will be able to reset the device. If this is the case I hope you wI'll be kind enough to pay for this service. Or even better your repair team and fix / reset it themselves.

I was very impressed by Service King! Everyone I had contact with was great. Especially Rueben! He kept me informed every step of the way without being intrusive. Extremely polite & personable. He obviously was on top of everything that was going on during the time my car was being worked on. I will recommend him & Service King to my friends!

The rental car experience was less than stellar because they didn't have a reservation for me even though Allstate said it was approved. Took way too long. Everything else was great.

Efrain Vigil was My service advisor was Efrain Vigil, he provided great customer service. He regularly kept me up updated with the status of the repair. The car was finished a day earlier than expected. There was really no wait time for both drop off and pick up. Everyone was helpful. At pick up Efrain showed me the repair and explained how to care for the paint job for the next 90 days. He also explained the lifetime warranty. The Enterprise manager was great, no wait time. He called in advance to coordinate picking up the rental when I droped off the car. Also promptly called the insurance company paying for the claim to verify specifics about the rental. This Service King conducted the estimate for State Farm which Allstate accepted. I was very happy with the service. Overall it was a great experience.
