Phone system has been broken for days...made over 60 attempts over two week period and never was able to reach someone. When I received updates on the repair process, phone connection was so intermittent it was impossible to understand the conversation.

My passanger door wont open from the inside. And when i picked up my car today there is a huge dent on driver side door. I called USSA.My car went from Universal City location to San Marcos location and someone did damage to it. I woould like to file an official complaint and demand my car be fixed.

I lost some money that was in my ash tray. It was not an significant amount but it was given to me by my father before he passed away. No one seems to know what happened to it.
