I worked with JEssica in Leander and she is one of the most awesome employees I've ever worked with. She knew every aspect of her job, kept me informed and made me very comfortable. Service King was very helpful. But I know we will not use Enterprise rental cars any more. They have very poor customer service. I had a flat tire after dr appt on way to pick up my cell phone from tepair. They were going to leave me stranded for 2 hours at night.

Everything went great, but I had to wait one and a half months to get my truck repaired and my wife had an accident and the earliest available date is almost March. I just booked her with another company due to the wait. Pete Kessler

If I would be able to get a double-confirmation text, an email, or a call for a appointment with GEICO personnel from Service King, that would be great since I had a no show from GEICO for estimate even after a confirmation email from GEICO.

I was told my vehicle would be ready on ****/****, and that I would be notified if there were any delays. ****/**** came around and.....nothing. I texted and then finally called to find out y'all were actually closed on ****/****. Come to find out there was a delay, and I was able to pick up my car on ****/5. Not upset with the work on the vehicle just disappointed in the lack of communication.
