Service King treated me like a king. I was kept informed regarding my service through every step of the process. In fact, I never had to contact them to answer questions because the provided me with timely and thorough status updates. I made one call and it was today. I asked if it was possible that my car would be ready ahead of schedule and they told me it would be so I picked it up early. They even provided me with transportation when I dropped off my car.

I really enjoyed the constant communication and texting was a big help. I work all day and texting allows me to communicate with the repair people and not interrupt work

Overall I was very satisfied with my experience with Service King. The representative that worked with me, Daniel Green, was very helpful throughout the process. There was constant communication and issues found after the initial inspection were handled very much to my satisfaction.

Dan had made an arrangement with my wife to fix some items at our expense on the passenger side and the work wasn't done. Now we have to take The car back again to have more work completed. We're not that happy to be inconvenienced again. All the work should have been completed at the same time.
