When I came back a week later to pick up my car, I looked at the area that was damaged and was not repaired properly, the back bumper and the chrome strip did not connect, leaving a big gap, how no one notices it before it got to me? Amazes me. My service advisor stated she would take it the back to have them adjust it, or possibly order a new bumper.. Soo they end up ordering a new part... And I've now had my car in the shop for about 2 weeks, for a tail light.. And bumper... All 110% preventable, by double checking your work, then I finally pick up my car, nice and clean but with someone's old banana peel on my floor...either way, thanks for fixing my car

I have been dealing with the insurance company from the liable party involved in my wreck for a month now. They have been anything but helpful and outright rude most of the time. So it was no surprise to me that they were unreachable and unresponsive when additional damage was found under the bumper of my car. But what came as a shock to me was having Service King decide to eat the cost of the additional repair so that I could get my car back. I knew that I was looking to wait a while if we were waiting on a response from the insurance company. So I was beyond thrilled to find out what Service King had done for me. I will make sure to spread the word of the amazing customer service I received from this location (Matt Hardaway specifically) and recommend you to anyone inquiring about a repair shop.
