When I got my car back I could not believe that they took the time to clean the inside out. Service King showed that they really is King of the Automotive Specialist. It was stated that my car was fixed and ready, but after inspecting the car even the service kings representative agreed that it was not fixed properly. regardless i was told i had to take it and will need to return so that it can be fixed properly.

With the unfortunate event of a rare and devastating hail storm in our great city of Austin my car was severly damaged. By suggestion of my insurance company and with very little free time outside of my busy schedule at work I trusted that my car would be in good hands at service king and decided to contribute my business to your company. It has been three and a half weeks and I still don't have my car back. I'm being sent text messages asking about my satisfaction on the job done on my car and as much as I would love to give you an evaluation I STILL do not have my car in my possession. In the first week I was rightfully updated on the status of my car being told that it would be completed in a little over a week. As time went by and when the promised date of the completion of my car arrived I was not contacted at all. Nobody had the urgency or means to contact me whatsoever and let me know what's going on with my car. Every week I had to call multiple times over and over asking about my car with a handful of clueless employees not knowing what is going on. I sat there and as day by day passed still absolutely NOTHING! The promised date of the completion was pushed back three times and nobody would contact me or let me know anything about the status of my car. I sat there worried and troubled just wishing that I would get some kind of phone call with a caring and kind voice just filling me in and giving me a simple UPDATE of what the hell is going on. I have lost sleep due to extreme stress over the absolute utter lack of care over informing me and updating me on the progress of my vehicle that I have been without for a whole entire month. I understand business is crammed and your company has experienced high volumes due to this storm but I have a multitude of family and peers that have suffered hail damage and hearing how short of a time it took for the completion of damage repairs to their cars made me feel like I made a horrible mistake taking my car to service king. I have experienced the worst customer service from your company and will never bring my business to service king again or recommend your services to any of my fellow peers or aquantiances. I was once again for the FOURTH time promised a set finishing date for my vehicle on Monday and I don't even know what to believe anymore because I feel like I've been just tampered around and lied to this whole entire month. Iam leaving out of town next week and supposed to drive to Louisiana to visit my elderly grandfather who has stage 4 kidney disease and does not have much time left on this earth. I can only pray that my car is completed in time so I can service it before my trip and drive to be with my family in this very stressful and unfortunate time, Iam a very honest and hard working individual and have the upmost respect patience and appreciation for anyone and anything in the general masses. But this whole entire experience being without my car this month has disgruntled me and bent me out of shape. I've been caused unnesscary stress and if my car is still not completed on Monday I will come to the location where it's being serviced and just retrieve it myself. I no longer have anymore time and my rental car period is close to expired, I do not mean to ruffle any feathers but Iam giving you my total 100% honest opinion on this experience.

The repair work on my car was to be completed by May 8th. My car was returned to me on the 21st and had no gas. The car had been driven over 100 miles. I was told the car would be transported from lakeway to north Lamar by flatbed tow truck each way.

**** My windshield wiper fluids still do not work.
2. Headlight bulb does not match. Right one is pure white, the ones you all installed on the driver side has a yellow tint. (Way to spot the details)
3. Said I would get a call when the car was ready -- I didn't.
